For the 2026 South Central Wisconsin Builders Association Parade of Homes, Inspired Spaces Interior Design and Richards Construction are once again bringing their expertise together—combining thoughtful interior design with decades of custom homebuilding experience to create a home where architecture, materials and interiors speak the same language.
This year, that collaboration comes to life in Cranberry Cottage.

The 2026 Parade of Homes offered another opportunity to push that collaboration creatively.
Cranberry Cottage draws from European influences while embracing expressive color, natural materials and collected details. The result is intended to feel established rather than overly new—a home with warmth, personality and a sense that its interiors have evolved naturally over time.
From the exterior, natural stone and tumbled brick are paired with arched architectural details and warm wood accents, establishing the home's storybook character.
Inside, those ideas continue through rich wood flooring, ceiling beams, custom millwork and carefully considered architectural details. A cathedral four-season room brings in abundant natural light, while colorful finishes, distinctive lighting and curated natural stone and marble introduce personality throughout the home.
Rather than relying on a single statement moment, Cranberry Cottage is about the relationship between all of those details.
Where Construction and Interior Design Meet
One of the greatest advantages of bringing construction and interior design together early is the ability to make decisions with greater intention.
