Featured Recipe: Grilled Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 ribeye steaks

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.

  2. Preheat the grill to high heat.

  3. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  4. In a bowl, mix together parsley, cilantro, red wine vinegar, garlic, olive oil, and red pepper flakes to make the chimichurri sauce.

  5. Serve the steaks hot with a generous topping of chimichurri sauce.
